Welcoming New Talent: VEKA Induction Program 2024

On April 19 and 20, 2024, an induction program was held to welcome our new employees. Our Managing Director, Mr. U. S. Murthy, keenly interacted with the new team members and outlined the organization’s vision, mission, and goals, as well as his thoughtful insights into the organization’s success path, outlook, and 2024 plan.

The new team members also had a productive discussion with department heads during which they were informed about the company’s work culture, objectives, range of products, and brand portfolio.

After attending the first day of induction, they went to the factory the following day to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing and fabrication processes.
