All areas related to Costing & Quotations in VEKA for Window Sales, including Shop Floor Drawings. projects supply & installation reconciliation

Responsible for Costing & Quotations, QA Preparation/Factory Coordination Reconciliation VEKA.
Minimum Qualification
Masters MBA in Marketing
Experience
8 years of experience which includes years in Building Materials

Costing G Quotations
  • Study Client BOQ, prepare BOM costing using EVA software.
  • Prepare quotations with design specifications, wind load calculations, elevations drawings.
  • Coordination for Finance costing and optimization
  • Send Quotations on time in coordination with Sales head / BD team
  • Preparing Design specifications in concurrence with technical team
Call sheets / Tracking
  • Monitor window call sheets tracking.
  • Complete data back-up on project supply & installation progress, pending tasks, bills, etc.,
  • Ensure RA bills are raised and submitted to clients site office.
OA Preparation/Factory Co ordination
  • Responsible for release of Sales / service orders for Hyderabad, Bangalore & Chennai projects.
  • Preparing Call sheets and OAs and double check for errors before sending them for Production
  • Coordination with Factory for Production
Reconciliation
  • Ensure old and new projects supply & installation reconciliation
  • Ledger Reconciliation
  • Payment Follow up for projects
  • Check Warranty certificates, Tender documentation as per company norms.
Wind load
  • Prepare the Wind load as per Client Input (BOQ) Details i.e. Location, Wind Pressure, Number of Floors, which type of series and system had been taken input.
  • Prepare the Structural Wind load Calculation if required for the client for easy to understand and conveying
Shop Floor Drawings
  • Cross-Check Shop floor drawings in EVA Cloud software as per the Project Details
  • Cross-check Sectional Drawings as per the Project for Detail understanding of elevations.
Wind load and Design Specification
  • Study the wind load as per Client Input (BOQ) Details i.e. Location, Wind Pressure, Number of Floors, which type of series and system had been taken input.
  • Prepare the Structural Wind load Calculation if required for the client for easy to understand and conveying
  • Prepare the Design Specifications as per the wind load Calculations which system is to be safe

Be a team player. Manage marketing support team, provide input, train & support in work accomplishments.
