Responsible for Developing, Building, Tracking / Monitoring the Sales of Windows for VEKA.
Minimum Qualification
Masters MBA in Marketing
Experience
5+ years of experience which includes years in Building Materials and Core Sales and Marketing

Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities (What to do in this job?)
  • Identify and Monitor Types of Builders / Customers with whom the company would like to maintain direct relationship with. Responsible for defining and implementing strategies to onboard and retain builders / customers. Support in the Build and then Implement Brand(s) Engagement and promotion strategy that will ensure a ‘PULL’.
  • Identify monitoring parameters and share period reports with solutions for potential growth and / or problems identified.
  • Responsible for Understanding the needs and psyche of the customer base of the market that Organization operates in; and thereby recommend solutions / answers for any current and / or potential solutions. (In short, have your ears to the ground).
